Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are members of the College of Massage Therapists of BC and have gone through at least 2200 hours of rigorous training. RMTs in BC are regulated health professionals and among one of the most well trained in the world.
Our Massage Therapists design each treatment carefully to suit each person’s conditions, presenting symptoms, while taking into account any contraindications and allergies of oils and lotions. Depth of pressure and techniques can be further customized to each individual’s preference. Please discuss it with your therapist at the time of treatment.

“My philosophy is to treat the origin of the dysfunction instead of the symptoms, as the source of the pain is generally not where it is. I truly believe that the body has the innate ability to heal itself and try to use a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular trigger point therapy, muscle energy and joint mobilization, among others, to facilitate in this process. Repetitive strain injuries, TMJ syndromes and tension headaches are among some of my special areas of interest. I look forward to helping my clients in reaching their health and wellness goals!”
